Tech Note 2: Never Reuse Wheel Bolts
For safety reasons, never reuse wheel bolts (studs). New wheel bolts do not cost very much and they are way cheaper than hospital or funeral bills.

Tech Note 3: Check Rotor Thickness
It is relatively unusual for a big 4×4 brake rotor to have less than the maximum allowable runout and rotor thickness variation once it is assembled to a wheel hub. This is due to manufacturing tolerances of the parts and the pressures exerted on the hub and rotor when pressing in the wheel studs. After assembling your brake rotor to the new hub, the rotor should be checked for thickness variation (0.001″ {0.025 mm} maximum) and runout (0.005″ {0.127 mm} maximum with 0.003″ or less preferred). A rotor that is out of tolerance should be machined with an on-the-vehicle brake lathe if possible or on an accurate bench type brake lathe.
