This billet 6061-T6 Aluminum Hub Cap is a direct bolt on replacement for your old Ford, Chevy, or GMC locking hub cap made right here in the USA. They are specially anodized with a beautiful, bright dipped finish to stay looking good for years to come.

Tech Note 1: Appearance
The most common problem with the Dana chrome cap is bending and cracking under the bolt holes. The few used caps we had are all long gone and most had external dings and scratches like your own likely have as well. We have been sold out of brand new caps for several years and they have been out of production since the 1970’s, I doubt if we will ever find any more. These brand new Billet Hub Caps are sure to please anyone that has been searching for a replacement! Because they are a machined billet, there is no void behind the face. The flange is stronger to help stay flatter to avoid leakage at the mating face. We recommend new gaskets and sealing washers listed below to keep your wheel hubs clean and running for the long term.

Tech Note 2: Availability
Spicer made external mount Plastic Dial free-wheel Hub-Locks from the late 1960’s to the mid 1970’s. These Hubs were the factory original equipment parts for both the Ford and GM 3/4 ton 4×4 trucks with Dana 44 front axles. They were also used on Ford F-250 Crew Cab trucks with Dana 60 closed knuckle front axles from 1974-1975. Most parts for these hubs have been out of production for decades, so OE parts availability is quite limited and getting even more so by the day.
