QU50162 3/8″ Deep Cup NP205 Case Access Soft Plug for the shift fork pin and interlock holes in early production NP205 cases. QU50162 Steel Plug is a USA made deep cup soft plug that is an essential part when rebuilding New Process NP200, NP201, and early production NP205 transfer cases. Sold individually, but Requires 4 per case. (Included in application specific QA2060 (29, 31, 32 spline inputs) and QA2061 (10, 23, 27, and remote inputs) Small Parts Kit PLUS Torque King® Master Overhaul Kits.) These also fit NP200 and NP201 Transfer Cases.

Tech Note 1: Use
Mid to late production NP205 transfer cases were made with larger case access holes. These later cases use QU50224 Plug.
Tech Note 2: Installation
If your case access holes are gouged, put a little sealant around the outside diameter of the case plug before installation.
